Lignum Consulting is an independent consulting and engineering firm for the international woodworking industry. Since 2003, we have worked with more than 500 furniture, cabinetry, millwork, and wood-component manufacturers in over 35 countries.
We combine consulting and engineering. We help clients decide what to do, then plan and implement it in detail. We organize our services in four fields of expertise: consulting, engineering, data integration, and project management. They cover everything from factory planning and Lean process optimization to product engineering and MES and ERP selection. We work closely with our clients from concept to project completion. Our team is rooted in the trade. Many of our consultants combine a cabinetmaking apprenticeship with an engineering degree in wood technology.
