The Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (“KCMA”, “we,” “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your online privacy through compliance with this policy. This policy only applies to information we collect:

  • To KCMA’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our organization.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of KCMA's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal data held by KCMA is among the assets transferred.

  • To comply with law (including court and government orders, and civil subpoenas);
  • To enforce or apply KCMA’s Terms and Conditions and other agreements.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of KCMA, our users, or others.
  • Notwithstanding the above, if you partake (or we reasonably suspect that you are partaking) in any illegal or potentially illegal activity, we may disclose personal information even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order, to the extent we feel is necessary to inform and cooperate with law enforcement agencies or other appropriate authorities.
