HARRISBURG, SD – Showplace Cabinetry is entering a new era after celebrating their 25th year building cabinets and is pleased to announce a series of leadership promotions strengthening the company’s manufacturing, engineering, and systems teams.
These leadership advancements recognize five long-tenured leaders whose vision, dedication, and expertise have been instrumental in shaping Showplace’s evolution, especially during one of the most transformative periods in the company’s history.
The following promotions have been announced:
- Jeremy Seykora, newly appointed Vice President of Manufacturing, has grown alongside Showplace for the past 25 years. From the early days of the company to its current scale, Jeremy has played a key role in building manufacturing operations rooted in craftsmanship, efficiency, and a deep respect for people. Known for his approachable leadership style, sense of humor, and ability to energize teams, Jeremy brings both steadiness and positivity to the shop floor. In his new role, he will continue leading manufacturing operations while helping guide Showplace through its next phase of growth.
- Bart Brost, promoted to Vice President of Engineering, joined Showplace 22 years ago as the company’s first, and only, engineer. Since then, he has been a driving force behind nearly every major engineering advancement, helping transform how Showplace designs, builds, and delivers cabinetry. Bart’s leadership has been especially critical during the company’s current EVO Expansion, which introduced advanced automation and technology at a scale never before seen at Showplace. His forward-thinking approach and technical expertise continue to lay the foundation for innovation, scalability, and long-term success.
- Jeremy Fischer, promoted to Director of Systems Integration, has spent 18 years helping connect people, processes, and technology across the organization. Known for his integrity, collaboration, and deep operational knowledge, Jeremy has been a trusted leader during periods of significant change. As Showplace integrates new systems and technologies as part of its EVO Expansion, Jeremy’s role will be essential in ensuring seamless alignment across departments, driving efficiency, and supporting high-performing operations companywide.
- Jaron DeWit has been promoted to Manufacturing Manager of Finish Rooms. During his time with Showplace, Jaron has built a strong reputation as a leader in finishing operations and as the company’s go-to expert in this area. He has been involved in numerous progressive advancements, including color matching improvements, spray no-wipe processes, and the implementation of highly automated flat line finishing equipment. Jaron approaches change with an open mind while keeping employees at the forefront of decision-making. His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and process discipline position him well to continue evolving Showplace’s finish processes.
- Ryan Meins has been promoted to Manufacturing Manager of Subassembly, Assembly, Shipping, and Warehouse operations. Ryan has been a dedicated member of the Showplace team for more than 14 years and brings deep operational knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven record of results to this role. He has played a key role in equipment installations, workforce development initiatives, and strengthening communication between departments. Ryan is highly respected for his focus on accountability, safety, employee development, and continuous improvement. In addition to his hands-on manufacturing experience, he brings a strong strategic foundation supported by his recent completion of an MBA in Organizational Leadership.
