STANLEY, NC – Blum, Inc., a leading manufacturer of functional hardware for cabinetry, is continuing its investment in its Lincoln County operations with approximately $82 million in capital investments spanning a two-year period. The investments support the company’s continued growth in the United States and are expected to create approximately 20 new jobs.
The investment includes a new office and showroom building at Blum’s existing campus, upgrades to the company’s shipping warehouse and additional facility and infrastructure improvements, including enhancements to the sprinkler system.
The new 67,000-square-foot showroom and office building, expected to open in 2028, will serve as an experience center designed to bring customers closer to Blum products, services and expertise. It will include product displays, training areas and customer meeting spaces as well as administrative offices. This addition will create an industry-leading environment where industry professionals can experience Blum solutions in real-world applications and work directly with Blum teams.
Beyond the new building, the investment reflects Blum’s continued commitment to strengthening the infrastructure that supports the US operations. Improvements to the shipping warehouse and other areas of production will position the company to better support its customers and future growth.
