(EL RENO, Okla.) – Gemini Industries, Inc., an employee-owned leading manufacturer of innovative wood coating solutions, celebrated the completion of its new 52,000-square-foot warehouse facility in El Reno with a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 20. The $6.4 million investment expands the company’s distribution capacity and strengthens its ability to serve customers across North America while continuing its long-standing commitment to the El Reno community.
The warehouse includes approximately 47,000 square feet of warehouse space and 4,600 square feet of office space, designed to expand finished product storage and enhance shipping efficiency. The facility features six loading docks, a drive-up dock for forklift access and a state-of-the-art, four-tier racking storage system.
Additional building features include energy-efficient LED lighting with motion detection, engineered ventilation systems, built with fire-retardant coatings and construction materials and an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system. The facility also includes an integrated concrete storm shelter for occupants during inclement weather.

Construction on the facility began following a groundbreaking ceremony in December 2024 and was led by Miller Architects and Ward Construction.
