KCMA scored a big win for the cabinet manufacturing industry in the recently updated National Emphasis Program "Outdoor and Indoor Heat-Related Hazards." After significant work from the Government & Regulatory Affairs Committee, and live testimony by KCMA's CEO Betsy Natz, cabinet manufacturing was excluded from the list of covered industries.
