- State-of-the-Art Planer Mill Building — Lumber is planed, graded, sorted by width, and stacked in individual bundles for door and frame parts — with a rip system dedicated to all-clear moldings.
- Automated Flat Spraying Lines — Fully automated primer and enamel spraying lines for consistent, high-quality finishing at scale.
- Automated Door Tenon Machine — Scans material, sets up the size automatically, and profiles the door or front. A return line allows one operator to both feed and stack finished product.
- Product Identification Screens in Packaging — Employees scan tickets in the molding packaging area and screens instantly pull up drawings of the parts needed for that ticket.
