Automated order flow from design to production
Using Design Flex connected to Insight ERP, Bellmont’s dealer orders are submitted digitally and processed automatically. Most orders are imported via kit files that flag any issues, then move straight into production with no manual entry.
Centralized machine programming with GenPost
GenPost simplifies post-processing by generating a single CNC program name that can be read by multiple machines. Each station performs its task based on the operation setup, reducing paperwork and label redundancy.
Integrated inventory and asset management
From the Wind Store feeding panel saws to the RFID-enabled medulla machine, Insight manages material handling across the factory. RFID tags now track every cabinet, saving hundreds of hand scans and keeping orders together through final quality checks.
